Biography

Dr. Christine Bader is an executive nurse-leader recognized for shaping strategy and policy and
implementing recommendations to improve global health care delivery in increasingly complex
environments.
Dr. Bader has over 30 years of experience in executive health system policy and management, strategic
planning and programming, legislative affairs, clinical nursing, health research, and care delivery. A
retired USAF Colonel, her military service included leadership and staff positions throughout the
Department of Defense at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands,
and Headquarters US Air Force. Her experience includes command of an Aeromedical Staging Squadron

and key clinical positions in the U.S. and overseas. She is renowned by senior leaders across multiple
federal agencies, military and commercial health sectors, and academic institutions.
Dr Bader works in an inter-professional environment by collaborating nationally and internationally to
leverage technology with innovation, transform health care delivery, and further the development of all
health professionals.
