Biography

Lt Col Casper is the Clinical Phase II Site Director for the Graduate School of Nursing at the USAF Academy in beautiful Colorado. Lt Col Casper direct commissioned into the Air Force in Dec 2008 after receiving her Bachelor’s in Nursing at East Tennessee State University in May 2007. She has spent most of her career as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the Uniformed Services University in 2015. Her research interests include exploring provider burnout, meaning/purpose and ultimately motivation/drive.
